Flower & White unveils chocolate filled meringues

UK-based Flower & White has developed a limited edition collection chocolate filled meringue truffles for Christmas.

Available from September, Meringue Truffles are bitesized handmade Swiss baked meringues filled with chocolate truffle. Flavours include white chocolate and strawberry, white chocolate and vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut praline, chocolate orange, mint chocolate rum raisin, mocha and Irish coffee. Meringue Truffles are made using British free range eggs and are also suitable for vegetarians.

Leanne Crowther, co-founder of Flower & White, says, “We are always looking at developing new and unique ways to use meringues. We believe that our premium chocolate filled meringues are a first. For retailers looking for a point of difference at Christmas, Meringue Truffles are the very essence of luxury.”
