Godiva introduces Masterpieces collection

Godiva is rolling out a new line of chocolate across the US, with each piece said to symbolise important milestones in the Belgian chocolatier’s heritage.

The assortment of chocolates had a soft launch in Costco in December 2016, but is now available in more than 14,000 stores across the US. Inspired by signature Godiva shapes, the Masterpieces collection features individually-wrapped treats and filled chocolate tablets.

It showcases three of the brand’s best-selling signature chocolates sold in boutiques, including the Dark Chocolate Ganache Heart, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Oyster and Milk Chocolate Caramel Lion. Each piece, the company says, symbolises important milestones in Godiva’s Belgian heritage.

The new Masterpieces portfolio is available in US retailers, including Walmart, Kroger, Target and CVS. Individually-wrapped chocolates have an MSRP of $3.99 per 5.1 oz, while filled chocolate bars have an MSRP of $2.99 per three oz.
