Magic chocolate

UK-based innovation company, The In Thing, claims to have developed the first non-melting chocolate – Magic Choc.

The 100% Belgian chocolate is a mix of milk, dark and white chocolate that can be moulded into different shapes and is made from glucose syrup, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin and natural vanilla flavouring.

The company says that it has created a new method to melt and temper the chocolate so it “moulds like plasticine but is edible.”

Manufactured and distributed in the UK the Magic Choc product has an RRP of £4.99.
