A look ahead to ISM

ISM is taking place alongside ProSweets on 27-30 January.  Around 1,400 suppliers from about 70 countries will once again present the rich variety of confectionery and snack items. On an area covering 110,000 m², manufacturers and importers will present an almost complete range of all of the goods on the market. In addition to chocolate products there will be sugar confectionery, fine baked goods, snack products, ice cream and raw pastes.

Russia is the ISM 2013 partner country. The country will showcase the special qualities it has to offer when it comes to manufacturing semi-finished and finished products. Russia’s partner country activities will be organised under the auspices of the Association of the Enterprises of the Confectionery Industry of Russia (ASKOND). The association will also emphasise why Russia is a market with great potential during a press conference at ISM.

ISM is also offering newcomers in the confectionery industry the opportunity to exhibit, even if they only have a limited budget and a small staff. The ten suppliers represented here will exhibit a wide range of products during their presentations of their companies as new ISM participants.

As always the ‘New product showcase’ will display new and updated confectionery and snack items. This is particularly useful for traders and importers who are always on the lookout for new products which can give added momentum to their business.

Confectionery Production is exhibiting at ProSweets on stand B079, so please drop by and say hello.
