Playful advertising campaign

Kinder Surprise, the kid’s confectionery line from Ferrero, is set to generate a sweet treat for retailer’s tills as a heavyweight £5.3m marketing investment puts it back on air with a playful new TV advertising campaign.

Featuring the strapline, ‘A treat for the imagination’, the new creative depicts the imaginary world that appears when two children open up their Kinder Surprise eggs and play with the toys they find inside.

The ad goes on air from 16 September, set to a youthful new version of the iconic song, Pure Imagination, from Charlie & The Chocolate Factory.
