Hall 10.2, Stand C010-D019 – Barry Callebaut will present its extended range of compound coatings and diversely flavoured fillings. These specialty offerings are customised solutions for dairy, confectionery and bakery products as well as for the ice cream segment. Also on show will be the Cocoart Collection. The red and purple cocoa powders used as colourings have been obtained by patented cocoa processing. This innovation addresses the growing demand for clean labels.
