Premium frozen pastries

Traiteur de Paris, creator of a premium frozen range of fine pastries for French and international chefs has introduced a new tray of sweet petits fours – Le Haute Couture.

Inspired by luxury and French pastry, pearls and sequins are substituted by raspberries, walnuts sprinkles or caramel bites. The selection includes unique pieces in various textures and is presented ready to serve under a protective cover.

Conceived by the Traiteur de Paris ‘chef, this cocktail assortment is available in eight recipes inspired by the greatest French pastry classics: six Mont-blancs; six Chocolate Tartlets; six Crunchy Raspberry Financiers; six Coffee and Spéculoos Mokas; six Saint-Honoré; six Lemon Slices; six Apple and Quince Tatins; and six Chocolate Caramel Slices.

Produced at the Traiteur de Paris ‘workshop situated in La Guerche de Bretagne in France, the range contains no preservatives, flavour enhancer, or artificial colours or flavours.
