Patisserie Valerie launches Lotus Biscoff Cake

Lotus Biscoff and Patisserie Valerie have joined forces to launch a plant-based Lotus Biscoff Cake – available online as a whole cake and in all 29 UK stores by the slice (non-plant based). Handmade, the ultimate Lotus Biscoff Cake is the result of many months of planning and tasting and is perfect for all the Biscoff lovers out there.

The whole cake comprises three layers of Patisserie Valerie’s plant-based vanilla sponge, generously filled with a Lotus Biscoff crumb and Lotus Biscoff cream. It is then coated and decorated with more Lotus Biscoff cream and sprinkles of Lotus Biscoff crumb before being topped off with a Lotus Biscoff Biscuit.

The Lotus Biscoff slice embraces two layers of plain sponge, generously filled with a Lotus Biscoff crumb cream, a layer of Lotus Biscoff spread, and a hand piped Lotus Biscoff cream rosette before being topped off with a Lotus Biscoff Biscuit.
