Salty Dog adds chilli rice crackers to its fine snacking family

Anyone familiar with Salty Dog will know the brand’s range now extends beyond crisps to include Roasted Corn Kernels (Darling Corn) and a variety of nut products, including Salted Cashews and several peanut flavours such as Honey Roasted, Chilli, Dry Roasted and Salted.
In June 2026, the Chilterns-based snack company is launching Chilli Rice Crackers, a 40g bag of rice clusters with a spicy flavour and crunchy texture.
Co-founder Dave Willis said: “We wanted to expand the range while staying focused on texture, flavour and crunch, bringing a new snacking option into the portfolio.”
Rice crackers offer a lighter-style savoury snack with bold seasoning and can be enjoyed as an on-the-go snack, alongside drinks, or as part of a lunch or sharing occasion.
The new product is aimed at a broad range of retail and foodservice outlets including pubs, delis, coffee shops, airlines, garden centres, canteens and vending.
