Cream cakes range expands

Erlenbacher has announced the addition of three new flavours to its Cream Triangle Slices range. The new flavours include Raspberry and Cream Cheese, Strawberry and Buttermilk, and Mandarin and Cream Cheese.

Recently launched in the UK, the Cream Triangle Slices provide an alternative to fresh cream gateaux and can be arranged as individual slices or as whole cakes.

The cakes are offered ready to serve, pre-cut into 12 portions that can be removed as individual slices. Like the whole Erlenbacher range, none of the triangle cakes contain artificial flavours, artificial colours or added hydrogenated fats and oils or preservatives.
