Spar appoints Vicki Reay as commercial director
Spar UK has appointed Vicki Reay in the newly created role of commercial director at the central office in Harrow.
Reay will take up the reins of the position at Spar in May 2012, after ten years with Aldi Foodstores UK. In her new role, Reay will lead and implement the trading and commercial activities of the business, through a strong team and enhanced relationships with the regional distribution centres as well as other global Spar businesses and trading partners.
Reay will be responsible for leading the trading team. Spar own brand development and especially fresh food ranges will be her first priorities.
