Traiteur de Paris presents new range of snacking pastries

Drawing on its expertise in the creation and manufacture of premium frozen pastries, French brand Traiteur de Paris is launching a new range tailored to meet the expectations of out of home and coffee shop operators and to satisfy each customer’s sweet tooth.

The La Bakery range revisits the great classics of traditional French patisserie such as Madeleines, Macarons, Chocolate cake and financier, including a vegan recipe. The treats also include a chocolate fondant with a liquid centre (also available in a mini version), an apple crumble in a recyclable cardboard tray and an oven-baked cheesecake.

Traiteur de Paris says its new delicacies are easy to take away and suitable for on-the-go consumption.

La Bakery products are practical to use; they can be defrosted or reheated quickly in a traditional or microwave oven before eating, and can be stored for a minimum of 3 days after defrosting.

Each recipe is prepared as simply as possible, with premium raw materials such as French flour, Guerande salt, eggs, UTZ certified chocolate.
