Munchy Seeds introduces new seed mix and Lightly Toasted range
Seed snack producer, Munchy Seeds, is gearing up for Christmas with the launch of both its new Choccy Cranberry mix, and a Lightly Toasted range targeting cooks and bakers.
Launched in response to the demand for healthier seasonal snack choices, Choccy Cranberry will be available in a 125g sharing pouch (RRP £3.60) and 450g mega packs (RRP £10.50) and promises delicious plain chocolate coated roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds with delicious sweet and tart bursts of dried cranberries in every mouthful.
“We are very excited to bring this new flavour to the market in time for the colder months,” says Lucinda Clay, co-founder of Munchy Seeds. “Our chocolate-coated seeds have always been popular with our customers and we expect this launch to be no different. Chocolate coated seeds and sweet cranberries – what could be tastier than that?”
Choccy Cranberry will be available to all retailers from November.
Munchy Seeds further diversifies its offer with its unique new Lightly Toasted range.
The new range is available in four blends, in 500g fully recyclable pouches. Cooks and bakers can choose from Sunflower, Pumpkin, 3 Seed Mix and 7 Seed Mix.
Designed as a store cupboard stable, the new Lightly Toasted range intends to challenge other brands by bringing the highest quality choice to fulfil all culinary needs.
“We know people use seeds in all kinds of recipes from homemade breakfast granolas, to cakes and bakes, stuffings, curries and nut roasts, which is why we’ve created our Lightly Toasted range to offer them an all-natural, flavourful and delicious choice,” explains Lucinda Clay.
“Although our seed mixes are also very popular for cooking, creating a range specifically for cooks will allow us to target a new kind of consumer and, because these seeds are lightly toasted, they bring a more robust flavour to those recipes that call for seeds.”
