Einstein Bros. Bagels launches New Morning Mocktails beverage line

Beginning June 18, 2025, Einstein Bros. Bagels will expand its beverage offerings with the introduction of Morning Mocktails – a new range of made-to-order, juice-based, non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks are designed to complement the company’s breakfast menu, which includes fresh-baked bagels, cream cheese shmears and egg sandwiches.

The Morning Mocktails feature fruit-based flavors and will be available at participating Einstein Bros. locations nationwide. To mark the launch, the company will offer a limited-time promotion: a Bagel & Shmear paired with a Morning Mocktail for $5.99.

The Morning Mocktails menu includes the following options:

• Bros. Bay Breeze – Cranberry, lemonade, and passion fruit

• Passion Fruit Sunrise – Orange juice, lemonade, and passion fruit

• Dragon Fruit Lemon Drop – Lemonade and dragon fruit

• Energy Spritz – Dragon fruit and Monster Energy (available for an additional $1)

“Our goal with the Morning Mocktails is to expand our beverage offerings and provide customers with more variety,” said Chad Thompson, head of culinary at Einstein Bros. Bagels. “These drinks offer a flavorful, non-caffeinated or optionally caffeinated addition to our breakfast items.”

The All-Day Happy Hour Special allows customers to choose any classic or signature bagel with a cream cheese shmear and one Morning Mocktail. The Energy Spritz, which includes Monster Energy, is available for an additional $1.

The beverage containing caffeine is not recommended for individuals under 18, those who are pregnant or nursing, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
