Autumn leaf chocolates

The new Autumn Leaf collection from Roots & Wings includes: milk chocolate with aromatic Spanish orange oil, pure bittersweet dark chocolate and piperita peppermint dark chocolate

Roots & Wings chocolate is handcrafted from the finest cocoa. The cocoa pods are grown and picked from organically certified plantations, including the Dominican Republic.

In Britain, the artisan producers then create the chocolate to an exacting recipe that’s been created, honed and polished over time. Carefully and patiently the craftsmen work the couverture to draw out a deep, pure flavour.  The craftsmen create a fine and very delicate autumn leaf, designed by Master Chocolatier Bill McCarrick. The chocolate snaps cleanly and crisply before melting into a smooth and velvety chocolate heaven.
