Lower fat doughnuts
Dum Dum Doughnuts, a new British Artisan brand, has launched a doughnut containing only 6g of fat, compared to the traditional 17g of fat in a classic American jam doughnut.
Dum Dum Doughnuts are baked, not fried, using a process patented in both Europe and the US. The selection of doughnuts available includes the Dum Dum Cronut and the Baked Croissant Doughnut.
Dum Dum Doughnuts are available at Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre and will be available from a Donutterie in Box Park, Shoreditch towards the end of February.
