Strawberry desserts range

Erlenbacher has introduced four varieties of strawberry dessert.

The range includes:

the American style Strawberry Cheesecake, which has a crumbled biscuit base with real strawberry halves. It is ready baked and pre-cut

Strawberry-Buttermilk Triangles are a combination of buttermilk cream and sponge, topped with juicy strawberries and coated in a fruity cake glaze

Strawberry & Raspberry Yoghurt Slices are the ideal light bite with an abundance of real fruit pieces topping a yogurt cream ripple and soft cake sponge

the Strawberry Vanilla Cake includes fruit, cream, sponge and white chocolate. Fine bourbon vanilla cream and strawberry and yogurt cream form the centre of this fruity pudding. It has two muffin layers and a generous sprinkling of white chocolate flakes.
