Stoats gains Scottish listings after award win

Scottish oats company Stoats has secured new listings for its Muesli range in Waitrose Scotland and Tesco Scotland after winning an award at the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2016.

The product, along with the brand’s Porridge Sachets, have launched in Waitrose Scotland and will be available in Tesco Scotland from the end of August.

It comes as Stoats’ Rustic Scottish Hedgerow Oat Muesli was crowned the winning product in the bakery and cereal category at the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2016.

The Rustic Scottish Oat Mueslis and Porridge Sachets launched in April in response to customer demand following a survey of Stoats customers, which revealed 42.4% of consumers would like to see a muesli offering from Stoats and 38.5% would like Stoats Porridge available in sachets.

Original Porridge Sachets 40g (x6) and Multigrain Porridge Sachets 40g (x6) are available at an RRP of £2.39. Cranachan Porridge Sachets 40g (x5) and Hedgerow Fruit Porridge Sachets 40g (x5) are sold at an RRP £2.99.

Triple Berry Rustic Scottish Oat Muesli 500g and Hedgerow Rustic Scottish Oat Muesli 500g are available at an RRP of £3.99.
