Gluten free cookie unveiled

Mr Nelson’s Cookies has unveiled a gluten free version of its popular chocolate chip cookie.

Francis Nelson Beebe, founder, CEO, baker and chief cook of the brand was inspired to formulate this creation after hearing between 5-10% of people suffer of gluten sensitivity of some form.

“I’ve had parents of young children and adults plead with me to craft an accurately tasting, gluten-free chocolate chip cookie for years now,” he says.  “It wasn’t an easy task, but I have accomplished it. A very specific balance of gluten free ingredients was combined to arrive at the destination of a chocolate chip cookie that tastes and looks like the long-established gluten version.”

They are available to order online in quantities of six or more.
