Steenbergs Organic celebrates national chocolate week with new drinking chocolates

Steenbergs Organic has launched a new range of organic Fairtrade drinking chocolates, made from premium organic Dominican Republic cocoa powder and the best Paraguayan cane sugar, spiced up with hints of cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, ginger and allspice.
The original Steenbergs Organic Drinking Chocolate has a subtle hint of Madagascan vanilla extract and cinnamon. The bold Chilli Drinking Chocolate includes the spicy exuberance of allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and vanilla together with that extra kick of heat from some warming chilli powder.
The Christmas Drinking Chocolate, which is now stocked in Oxfam, is designed to combine the flavours of vanilla, cinnamon , ginger, cardamom , allspice and cloves with hot chocolate to make a grown up warming drink redolent of the Christmas season.
“At Steenbergs Organic, we are passionate about providing organic spices and organic cooking ingredients packed with flavour, aroma and provenance,” says Axel Steenberg, co-founder of Steenbergs Organic with his wife Sophie, “so, with our children as chief tasters, we have personally created and blended these hot chocolates.”
