A lemon twist on traditional sweets

Luxury Irish confectioner Pandora Bell is getting ready to launch its new Lemon & Elderflower Traditional Sweets.

The lemon and elderflower flavour combination was used in the Royal Wedding cake recently and so it is hoped that the product will be popular amongst patriotic consumers.

Pandora Bell’s Lemon and Elderflower Traditional Sweets are vegan, fat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and natural (coloured only with turmeric), according to the brand.

They are part of a larger series of six flavours which include: Apple & Ginger, Raspberry & Rose, Blackberry & Champagne, Rhubarb & Vanilla, Grapefruit & Mint.

The sweets will be available at a RRP of €7.95 for a 370g glass jar.
