Award for eclair toffees

The Grocer has awarded Walker’s Nonsuch the New Product Award 2013 Winner for Sugar Confectionery for its Banana Split Eclair Toffees.

The sweets have a white chocolate banana flavoured centre, which is encased by creamy toffee.

Each sweet is wrapped in a metallised wax paper, making the sweets very appealing, and ensures they retain good shape.

The yellow and green bag is bright and modern giving strong presence on the shelf.

Scoring 49 out of 50 overall the market research reported it was “a great weekend treat” and “ideal for chilling out” and “a big bag for the price”.

Walker’s Nonsuch has been making toffee for over 100 years using ingredients including whole milk, butter and Belgian chocolate.
