New range of fudge icings

Under its Baker’s Select brand, Dawn Foods has launched a range of ready to use fudge icing. The icings are available in white, lemon, strawberry, toffee, chocolate and coffee.
The icings need to be warmed to 40-50 ͦC in a Bain Marie before use in a variety of applications including icing, flooding, dipping and spinning.
The fudge icings are made with natural flavours and colours and are nut free and vegetarian-friendly. They are fast drying and freeze/thaw stable and are sold in stackable 10kg pails.
