Unenrobed chocolate range

Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier at Grandtully, Highland Perthshire has introduced The Velvet Truffle Range of pure naked truffles with no hard chocolate shell. Previously only available to Michelin Star Chefs, the unenrobed range will include the Velvet Truffle – Classic, dusted with cocoa, the award-winningVelvet Truffle – Raspberry and Black Pepper and the Velvet Truffle – White Lime with a hint of Chilli.
