Sir Hans Sloane Chocolates, led by award-winning master chocolatier Bill McCarrick, has released its Easter range, which includes a white chocolate Easter egg created with over 1,000 grams of the company’s 72-hour conched chocolate.

The solid milk and dark chocolate butterflies taking flight at the top of the egg symbolise “new beginnings” whilst the dripping beads of melted white chocolate echo honey flowing slowly down the side of a bee hive with the striking contrast of dark chocolate drinking beads. It has an RRP of £50.00.

Other products in the range include a chocolate egg hand carved with rose detail with an RRP of £30.00 and a half dozen “inside Out” mini chocolate eggs. These milk or dark chocolate eggs are filled with Sir Hans Sloane’s famous chocolate beads and topped with a white chocolate fried egg. Individually made and hand decorated, RRP start from £15.00.

All chocolates are handmade and are available from leading retailers including Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis Food Halls and Liberty amongst others as well as online at sirhanssloane.com.
