Halo Top ice cream now in sticks

American low-calorie ice cream brand, Halo Top Creamery, is launching a new product range of ice cream sticks. The sticks are sold in multi-packs of three, with each stick containing just 80-100 calories and 7-10 grams of sugar, and serving as a source of protein.

Following a successful launch in the US, the new product offering is now launching in the UK by popular demand in select Tesco stores nationwide from mid-March. Halo Top sticks are launching in four flavours:

  • Strawberry Cheesecake (new) – Strawberry cheesecake-flavoured ice cream with a biscuit swirl
  • Sea Salt Caramel – Balances sweet and salty with caramel swirls and a touch of sea salt
  • Peanut Butter Swirl – Peanut butter ice cream with a swirl of peanut butter
  • Birthday Cake – Full of colourful sprinkles and the taste of homemade birthday cake

Doug Bouton, president & COO at Halo Top Creamery, said: “We love ice cream in all forms and these sticks seemed like the next logical place to take our brand. At just 80-100 calories and only 7-10 grams of sugar each, they’re the perfect feel good treat and contain less calories and sugar than what’s currently out there. We can’t wait to hear what our UK fans think.”
