Fatherson Bakery releases new cupcakes in support of NHS

Fatherson Bakery is sending a thank you to the NHS by launching new Butterfly Vanilla Cakes.

With every cake sold, Fatherson Bakery will be donating 10p to the NHS (50p for each pack sold) to praise and celebrate the hard work of the UK’s ‘health heroes’ during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Laurence Smith, managing director of Fatherson Bakery, said: “As British bakers, we wanted to give something back to our national heroes who are saving lives day in, day out.  This is just a little way of all of us at Fatherson Bakery – our artisan bakers, our warehouse & delivery team, our administrative teams and senior staff – to say thank you for doing such a courageous job. So, let’s celebrate the NHS and all keyworkers together!”

The Butterfly Vanilla Cupcakes are priced at £2.50 and are available at Co-op, Budgens, Nisa, Londis, Spar and hundreds of independent convenience stores, farm shops and delis, as well as Fatherson Bakery’s newly launched delivery site: www.directdeliver.co.uk.
