Beyond Good debuts new toasted hazelnut cocoa bar

US sustainable chocolate company Beyond Good has announced the launch of its 73% Toasted Hazelnut Single Origin Uganda Cocoa Bar.

This rich and creamy bar is direct trade-certified, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, kosher, and Project non-GMO verified. According to the company’s tasting notes of the bar, warm toasted hazelnut takes over at first, followed by a long cocoa finish.

Beyond Good sources its cocoa from Bundibugyo, a Ugandan town renowned for its cocoa production in the country’s far western region. The company’s goal is to commission another chocolate factory in Uganda so it can continue making chocolate at the source.

The 73% Toasted Hazelnut Single Origin Uganda Cocoa Bar is available nationwide now at MSRP: $4.50 per bar.
