Cookie sales increased by 20% in 2021, fuelled by a new trend for filled cookies. Now, London-based cookie dough brand, Doughlicious, has launched Super Stuffed, a range of cookies with gooey and indulgent centres.
The ready-to-eat cookie market is on the up as people move away from home baking in favour of luxury options that tick all the boxes for convenience and indulgence.
