Farhi’s Dubai Chocolate with Pistachio Knafeh reflects the growing interest in Middle Eastern flavors and the region’s culinary traditions. Inspired by the classic Knafeh dessert, the chocolate features a creamy pistachio Knafeh center, coated in milk chocolate and finished with a drizzle of green and yellow chocolate.
