Goody Good Stuff has secured its second supermarket stockist after only 18 months on the market. Adding to its existing high street listings, the range will hit shelves in Asda stores nationwide in June 2012.

The latest listing – which joins Waitrose, Holland & Barrett, Booths and Ocado – follows continued growth and consumer demand for free-from and organic products.

Melissa Burton, managing director of Goody Good Stuff, comments, “We’re delighted that Goody Good Stuff is going to be stocked in one of the Big Five and hope that Asda will make the range even more accessible to consumers.”

The product is available in eight varieties, all of which are free from the artificial colours and flavours traditionally found in gummies.

The sweets are gluten free, fat-free, meat-free, soy-free, nut-free and dairy free, plus suitable for those following halal, kosher or vegetarian diets. Four of the varieties are also suitable for vegans.

Burton adds, “Consumers are choosing healthier products with natural ingredients. Being in Asda will help us reach more customers than ever before.”

Goody Good Stuff is perfect for mums wanting to give their kids a treat without having to worry about filling them up with E numbers. It’s also great for ladies who lunch, looking to make their afternoon indulgence a little more guilt-free!

Initially launched in August 2010, Goody Good Stuff has achieved impressive rates of sale. The range is now sold in 5,500 stores and is available across 25 export markets around the world – including Hong Kong, Dubai, Sweden, Guatemala, Canada, Singapore, France, Germany and the USA. Approximately 70 per cent of Goody Good Stuff’s business will be attributed to export by the end of 2012.
