Doughlicious launches Salted Caramel Cookie Dough & Gelato MINIS across the U.S.

UK-based frozen dessert brand Doughlicious has expanded its U.S. product offering with the launch of its new Salted Caramel Cookie Dough & Gelato MINIS, now available in over 1,600 Target stores nationwide.

Following its initial entry into the U.S. market in December 2023, Doughlicious introduces this mini-format addition to its existing range of frozen cookie dough and gelato bites. Each 5.07oz pack contains 12 bite-sized pieces, with each piece containing 40 calories.

The new product combines salted caramel cookie dough with dark salted caramel gelato and a crunchy caramel cookie crumb coating. According to the company, the MINIS are crafted in London using British oats and natural ingredients.

“MINIS represent a natural next step in offering a more accessible and portion-friendly version of our cookie dough and gelato bites,” said Kathryn Bricken, founder of Doughlicious.
