Nomo brings bounty-style bar back with toasted twist

Nomo, a UK free-from chocolate brand, has relaunched its coconut offering with the new Toasted Coconut flavour. Pairing Nomo’s signature free-from chocolate with toasted coconut flakes, the new recipe brings a more rounded coconut flavour compared to classic coconut options.

The launch reflects continued demand for greater choice within the free-from market, with shoppers seeking products that deliver on taste as well as dietary requirements. As the category grows, shoppers are increasingly looking for familiar flavours that match the quality and indulgence of mainstream confectionery.

Tara Stevens, senior brand manager at Nomo, said: “Coconut has always been a standout flavour for us, but we saw an opportunity to elevate it even further. By toasting the coconut, we’ve unlocked a richer, more rounded flavour, bringing a more premium, indulgent experience to coconut lovers. Being free from shouldn’t mean missing out. At Nomo, we want to open the door to great taste, bringing exciting new flavours to everyone, no matter their dietary needs.”

Nomo Toasted Coconut will launch in Sainsbury’s Local stores and online from April 2026, with a full retail rollout in all major grocers from September. £1.50 RRP.
