The Willy Wonka of the ice cream world has launched the world’s first liquid nitrogen ice cream buggy.

Designed and developed by award winning ice cream entrepreneur Charlie Harry Francis, founder of ‘Lick Me I’m Delicious’, the buggy is an ingenious combination of the brilliance of Henry Ford and the genius of Willy Wonka, with just a touch of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Francis says, “It’s a pudding producing masterpiece! We’ve made it using parts from an Edwardian fire engine, an aeroplane, an F1 car and a farm plough. With a top speed of six miles an hour it can make instant ice cream for up to 2000 people using its advanced electronic nitro injection system.”

Lick Me I’m Delicious offers a complete custom flavour service, using its experimental development kitchen to create any flavour of ice cream you want at your event.

Flavours include a dark port ice cream with a stilton ripple served on a crisp charcoal biscuit, a salted caramel cookie cupcake which comes in an edible white chocolate cupcake case and Charlie is currently working on glow in the dark ice cream which glows when you lick it.

Charlie Harry grew up on an ice cream farm in West Wales.  The ice cream is still made to his original family recipe.  The nitro ice cream buggy is the latest addition to the fleet of ‘Lick Me I’m Delicious’ portable ice cream contraptions which includes the nitro ice cream parlour and the ice cream pottery machine.
