Changes to cookie portfolio

Byron Bay Cookies has recently made changes to its product portfolio. Some cookie flavours have been retired and two new flavours have been introduced.

The new flavours available in the Café Cookie range are Cranberry Oat Crunch, made with cranberries and golden oats, and Salted Caramel Shortbread, made with chunky salted caramel pieces and white chocolate chunks.

Other changes to the product portfolio include a redeveloped cookie recipe, with key recipe changes including the use of raw sugars, removal of all starches, as well as delivering a more ‘cakey’ texture and handmade look.
