Stute Foods enters impulse snacks market

UK food and drink supplier Stute Foods is expanding into the impulse snacks market by launching a BWaffle, sugar waffle served with a sachet of hazelnut chocolate spread.

Ideal for on-the-go snacking, the 55g waffle with a 15g sachet of hazlenut chocolate spread is halal and kosher approved and has a shelf life of four months on delivery, which Stute Foods says is at least double that of ambient waffles currently on the market.

BWaffle is available in a single display box, featuring 14 individually-wrapped waffles as well as a counter and floor stand offering retailers a wide range of merchandising options.

Laurence Hybs, managing director at Stute Foods, said: “Similar products that are available in the UK market don’t have the shelf life that BWaffle offers and we are confident that it will make a successful addition to our ever expanding range for the food service and retail sectors.”
