KP Snacks has launched a range of reduced case sizes across six of its top brands to help independent retailers manage cash outlay and improve stock control.

KP Snacks understands the pressure retailers face, balancing stock levels, breadth of range with cash outlay. After all excess stock in the store room is ultimately tied up cash flow. With this in mind, KP Snacks has introduced smaller case sizes across some of its trusted brands including Skips and Wheat Crunchies, allowing retailers to reduce their up-front spend, and as a result, gain better control of their stock, space and cash flow.

The smaller case sizes will see Roysters, Nik Naks and Frisps reduce to 28 packs per case, while Discos, Skips and Wheat Crunchies will be available in cases of 24. In addition, the use of smaller cases means retailers can stock a larger range of products whilst ensuring those on shelf are fresher for longer. KP Snacks will be supporting the launch with a 3 for £20 multi-buy deal within cash & carry retail clubs and will retain the 25% Extra Weight free which encourages shoppers to purchase.

George Johnston, marketing director of bagged snacks, KP Snacks says,  “We appreciate the challenges retailers are facing daily as a result of the current economic climate, so we hope that the launch of our new smaller cases will go some way to helping improve independent retailers’ cash flow and management of supply and space levels. With many retailers moving towards smaller and more frequent deliveries, we hope this launch reflects how KP Snacks is listening to and meeting the changing needs of independent retailers.”
