Individual serving size cakes

Erlenbacher is releasing three of its cakes in individual serving sizes for the cafe and hospitality sectors. The Sunshine Cakes come in three flavours including Apple, Chocolate and Strawberry & Rhubarb.

The cakes are baked in an octagonal design and presented in cardboard packaging decorated with a wooden print.

Apple Sunshine Cakes feature a moist muffin sponge, covered with sweet apple slices, is finished with a golden-brown butter crumble.

The Chocolate Sunshine Cake features a moist chocolate muffin sponge laced with milk chocolate chunks.

The final flavour, Strawberry & Rhubarb, contains pieces of real fruit chunks mixed through the sponge and dusted with icing sugar.
