Erlenbacher awarded Superior Taste Award

Erlenbacher, the European manufacturer of premium frozen cakes and desserts for the food service industry, has been awarded a star in the 2011 Superior Taste Award for its Tiramisu Sweet Moments Cup.

Last year the company won a star at the International Taste & Quality Institutes’ 2010 Superior Taste Award in Brussels for its Chocolate Cream Cheesecake.

The Tiramisu Cup is one of Erlenbacher’s latest creations in its Sweet Moments Cup range, which also includes the Chocolate Cup, Strawberry-Buttermilk Cup, Peach-Yoghurt-Mango Cup and Vanilla-Cassis Cup. The range is targeted at the catering industry, hotels and coffee shops, flying buffets, company catering facilities and convenience outlets.
