Katjes acquires remaining shares of Lamy Lutti

Katjes International has acquired the remaining 33.33% share in French confectionery group Lamy Lutti, giving it full ownership of the company. Lamy Lutti is the second largest brand in the French and the number one brand in the Belgian confectionery market.
