Artisan confectioner, Fudge Kitchen, has announced the relaunch of its much-anticipated summer flavour menu. From 30 June, three summer flavours returned to their shops and website, including Eton Mess Fudge, Vegan Pina Colada Fudge and Lemon Cheesecake Fudge.
The fudge make is known for its quality and creativity; each generous slice of slab fudge is handcrafted at Fudge Kitchen’s 6 shops up and down the country, with fresh batches made daily. A single slice of slab fudge retails at £6 or as a box of 5 slices for £20.
These limited-time offerings perfectly capture the essence of the season and are made using only the finest locally sourced ingredients. Fudge Kitchen have been producing confectionery for over 40 years, and alongside their traditional slab fudge they also offer several other premium confectionery products including Butter Fudge Collections, Caramels & Brittles and Chocolate Enrobed Honeycomb.
Eton Mess Fudge is made with fresh locally sourced English strawberries and swirled with gluten free meringue pieces. Whilst the Vegan Pina Colada Fudge is made with real pieces of pineapple and spiced rum for that punchy flavour the cocktail is renowned for. The Lemon Cheesecake Fudge is created with gluten free shortbread pieces and fresh lemon zest.
Fudge Kitchen’s marketing manager, Richard Parson, says “At Fudge Kitchen we believe that fudge should be an experience that delights all the senses. Our summer collection showcases our passion for creating unique and indulgent flavours that capture those feel-good moments.”
From July Fudge Kitchen are also introducing their Strawberries and Cream fudge, in a nod to the Wimbledon championships held over the course of the month. Inspired by the quintessential tradition of enjoying strawberries and cream during Wimbledon, the limited-edition fudge flavour is the perfect tribute to the iconic tennis tournament.
The new summer slab fudge flavours can be found at Fudge Kitchen shops in Canterbury, Windsor, Cambridge, York, Edinburgh, and Bath; as well as their website which ships orders internationally. Each of their high street shops offer fudge making experiences, where customers can get behind the scenes and make their own fudge ‘loaf’ before cutting it into slices and taking home a generous box of freshly made fudge.
The new limited-edition flavours will sit alongside their current range which includes flavours like Clotted Cream, Sea Salted Caramel and Chocolate Swirl fudge.
