Bond Street arrives at London Heathrow

Churchill’s Confectionery has launched Bond Street, a new range of premium chocolates, in World Duty Free Group’s specialist store concept, Simply Chocolate in London Heathrow’s Terminal 4.
With the Bond Street range, Churchill’s is introducing a new premium brand comprising of square gift boxes packed with sixteen individual chocolate truffles in four different varieties and striking ingot shaped tins filled with high quality chocolate discs in plain, milk, mint and orange flavours. A key feature of the ingot tins and rigid boxes is their re-usability and Churchill’s intention is that people will keep them and re-use them as keepsake boxes or gift tins.
World Duty Free Group is the only retailer – in travel retail and the domestic market – to stock the full Bond Street range at launch. The product is being supported by sampling activity within the Simply Chocolate store.
Commenting on the range, Allan Bodnitz, managing director at Churchill’s Confectionery says, “London’s famous Bond Street has been synonymous with luxury, quality and style for centuries. We set out to create a brand that reflects this long standing tradition. Therefore, we are extremely excited to introduce our new range of tins and exclusive rigid boxes containing premium chocolates and truffles. The launch of this brand will strengthen our existing partnership with World Duty Free Group, which has been very successful for many years”
Category manager for confectionery at World Duty Free Group continues, “Churchill’s has been supplying us with their quality products for over 20 years. With this latest launch of the Bond Street brand, they have provided us with a product that is perfect for our specialist Simply Chocolate store. We anticipate that it will be well received by those customers looking for a more premium, confectionery gift”.
