Certainly Wood launches S’mores campaign

British log manufacturer – Certainly Wood is creating an all-British gourmet version the camp fire treat, S’mores.
With National Toasted Marshmallow Day on August 30th, the Brits are challenging the Americans at their own game.
Certainly Wood has asked UK-based celebrity chef Felice Tocchini, to come up with a British take on the square Graham Cracker used in S’mores, as they are not available over here.
Felice created a tastier, healthier version using only six ingredients, unlike the original, which features over 10 including artificial flavouring.
S’mores are the focus of Certainly Wood’s Get Outdoors With S’mores campaign.
