Swedish crispbread bites debut
Peter’s Yard will make its trade show debut at the UK Farm Shop & Deli Show to showcase its award-winning Swedish style crispbread and new Crispbread Bites. The range is made in the UK using a traditional Swedish recipe. All crispbreads are made using a classic sourdough recipe that is naturally high in fibre and contains all-natural ingredients. The company recently extended its range with the launch of three new flavours: Sea Salt, Five Seed and Cumin & Nigella Seed.
Wendy Wilson Bett, co-founder of Peter’s Yard, says, “This will be the first time that Peter’s Yard has had its own stand at a trade show and we are eager to meet people so they can try our award-winning range. The Farm Shop & Deli Show is a perfect fit for us and we hope to meet with many existing customers and also potential new stores.
