Popcorn gets seasonal

Popcorn brand, Tangerine Confectionery, has unveiled a new flavour, Toffee Apple, for the Autumn and Winter season.
First to launch from Butterkist’s new ‘Limited Edition’ range is Toffee Apple. This is an ideal combination of flavours, deliciously sweet toffee with the additional bite of apple. The Limited Edition range is part of a wider strategic plan, as the brand looks to reaffirm its position in the UK market and to drive new consumers into the category during the increasingly popular Halloween and Bonfire season.
The Limited Edition flavours will be launched seasonally, with the first, Toffee Apple (RRP £1.49) available on shelf from September while stocks last, and is ideal for trick or treat nights, firework displays or watching scary movies.
Playing on its strong motion picture connections, the ‘Butterkist Presents’ packaging features a gold ‘Limited Edition’ strip at the top of the bag, as well as an original background to match the new flavour. Toffee Apple features a red apple shape and a toffee coloured background.
