Award winning desserts

Family owned pastry manufacturer, Pidy bases seasonal launches on the latest trends and predictions, in particular its specialist range of sweet products, which help to create the most decadent of desserts.
The gluten free industry is a rapidly growing one and the market really does not seem to show any signs of slowing down. According to the Food and Drink Innovation Network, the gluten free market is predicted to grow by 46% to £561 million by 2017. Pidy recently received a highly commended award at the casual dining show, which has endorsed the excellence of the gluten free products. The gluten free range comes in two varieties and two sizes; two neutral and sweet pastry cases which are both available in a 5cm sized case and an 8cm size pastry case.
Robert Whittle, UK general manager, explains, “Winning an award for our gluten free range has been the icing on the cake, the award rightly recognises the excellent quality this range has to the ‘real thing’ and also endorses Pidy’s unequivocal reputation of being first to market with cutting edge innovation in our sector.
