An introduction

This is just a quick blog to introduce myself as the editor of Sweets & Snacks Europe.

I am currently the editor of the sister publication Confectionery Production which provides technical information on materials, ingredients, marketing trends, production processes and packaging machinery.

I look forward to working with Sweets & Snacks Europe as I’m interested in learning more about the end product and retail aspect of confectionery.

The magazine will mainly be based online to give you up to date news as and when it happens. Print copies of the magazine will be produced for major industry trade shows.
