Final countdown for ISM and ProSweets Cologne

As you’ll see from the pages of our latest edition of Confectionery Production, we are full trained on the latest edition of ISM & ProSweets, which are fast approaching in just a few days time.

If you haven’t had chance to gain the lowdown on the latest plans for the two key confectionery shows, you can watch our exclusive video below, with its directors, Sabine Schommer and Guido Hentschke.

As its organisers note, we may well have Interpack on the mid horizon that has meant ProSweets is set to be a smaller affair than usual, there’s so much going on across the site, including the emergence of ISM Ingredients, that it’s destined to prove an action-packed few days.
