Lees of Scotland unveils meringue creation

Confectionery manufacturer Lees of Scotland has unveiled its new Lee Macaringues, aimed at the dessert and home baking market.

The product contains 24 almond flavour meringue shells, and will become the first Lees product to be both gluten- and nut-free.

The individual macaringues are available in purple, pink and green from Tesco.
