Frank Haasnoot is crowned World Chocolate Master 2011

After three days of nerve-wracking competition at the highest level, the jury of the World Chocolate Masters has chosen a winner.
With his aggressive showpiece, sacrificial Aztec necklace, and unexpected taste combinations, Frank Haasnoot from the Netherlands came first place.
Yoshiaki Uezaki from Japan came in as a close second and Palle Sørensen from Denmark finished third.
The jury have evaluated all 19 candidates on their technical skills, presentation, the cleanliness of the workboxes, and last but certainly not least: on innovation and taste.
